Wow, this was pretty heartbreaking. A recapitulation of the affect of the first three, except the last shred of hope is almost gone. Listening was like ascending a mountain in the Hindu Kush, not knowing whether there will be a descent, or if all that awaits is a sky burial at the summit. This is a neural pathway to the acceptance of the grief of the living.
